How are persons informed?
Every person can choose his own medium as he likes:

What happens in case of a false alarm?
The person detecting the false alarm will send a "Stop Alarm" message via SMS to the system.

What happens in case of a burglary?
You call the police. If a security company is part of the alarm strategy they will come with an intervention team and secure the location.
