Qitio respects your privacy!
We process personal data that was collected by any of our computer systems in adherence to Polish and European law .
The Qitio websites may contain links to other companies to which our privacy statement does not apply. However, if we learn that those companies don't apply a similar Privacy Policy as Qitio we will remove immediately the link, terminate any business with these companies until the issue is resolved.
During your visit to our website our web server will save the IP-address of your internet provider, the website from which you are visiting us and what website you are visiting as well as the date and duration of your visit. If contacting our Website via mobile phone or land line we will also log the telephone from which you are calling or have sent an SMS.
Qitio does not sell any products or services to children under the age of 14. On request of legal representatives of children under the age of 14 all personal data of those children will be deleted from our servers.
Qitio only processes and uses your personal data for service reasons within the website www.Qitio.com. This saves you from having to enter certain information repeatedly and only up to the extent necessary.
We will not pass on your personal data to any 3rd party except of the security company you have purchased the "Security Pack" from. And then only in the case of an alarm and only the data you have explicitly defined for such a purpose ( - Location of the Qitio devices and instructions for the security company).
You will not receive from the Qitio company or any other company on behalf of the Qitio company any messages solely containing marketing information.
All correspondence you have with the Qitio company will be stored for three years in order to deliver a good consumer service. Thereafter, it will be deleted. Access to the correspondence is only granted to Qitio authorised persons dealing with your issues.
Records containing financial transactions (e.g. with the e-shop) will be stored for 10 years and then deleted thereafter.
All connection data will be stored three years and then deleted. If local laws in which the Qitio Device is sold or operated requires a longer time for storage of such data then the time will be expanded in order to meet the respective local law requirements.
Upon request the Qitio company will inform you whether and what exactly of your personal data is saved by us. Should any data be wrong despite our efforts regarding the correctness of data and being up-to-date we will correct it if you ask us to. You can update your personal data yourself after login to the system.
The Qitio company uses appropriate technical and effective security measures to protect the data administered by us against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, change and deletion. Our security measures are being continuously improved according to the technical development.
