Will I be serviced by Skorpion like a regular client?
You are a regular client of Skorpion if you buy a Qitio Security Pack. However, they will not do any consulting on the basis of this contract. The Qito Security Pack only enables you to include Skorpion in your alarm strategy. But then you are serviced with the same response times as any other Skorpion customer.

What happens when there is a power failure?
The Qitio Alarm Device has a built in battery which lasts for 36 hours before it needs recharging.

Does Skorpion also service my house?
Skorpion serves most areas in Poland but not all. To check your zip code choose "Security Companies" in the menu to the left or send an SMS with the content:
SHOW SECURITY <zip>
Example: SHOW SECURITY 02-202
Replacing <zip> by the zip code you live in. Send this SMS to 0502 338844. You will receive an SMS stating if there is a service or not.
