How do I switch on and off the alarm system?

  • You can send an SMS
  • You can use WAP
  • You can arm / disarm the system via the internet
  • You can set up a schedule so it does it automatically

How does the system work?

The Qitio Alarm Device is permanently (24h, 7 days a week) connected to a central unit via mobile telecommunication (GPRS). In case of an alarm the Qitio Alarm Device sends a message to the central unit which then informs persons according to the alarm strategy. In case the Qitio Alarm Device is disconnected (e.g. sabotage) the owner is also informed.
